Together, we created a new ExpertZone that isn't just about educating retail pros—it's about making them feel like they're part of the Microsoft family. By creating a community of fans working in stores around the world, Microsoft has a way to connect with consumers, one at a time, in a really personal way.
The idea is pretty simple: If you create engaging content, users are more likely to respond positively to the information. More so, if they enjoy the learning experience, it is far more likely that they will come back frequently to view Microsoft's latest information which is a huge win for the company.
