When Optum wanted help promoting their Optum™ Claims Manager tool, they knew what the tool enabled health care providers to do, but they weren’t sure how to let them know of the enormous benefit.

In their brief it said the tool alerted providers to potential dangers they might not be able to see from the surface. Kind of like an iceberg, we thought.

It also said it helped providers see savings, even down to the smallest detail. Kind of like an eye-test, we thought.

The result was a series of graphics that promote the benefits of the claims manager tool in concepts everyone can relate to. And the creation of a headline with superhero-esque powers: Have the foresight to eliminate hindsight.
